This is a simple heal and armour script where if you type /heal it will play a animation for 5 seconds and load a progress bar as you patch yourself up, then it will heal you fully and put you on a cooldown for 10 minutes before you can again. It does the same with the command /armour  where it plays a 5 second animation of you applying armour, then gives you full armour and you cannot use again until after the 10 minute cooldown. You can also change the duration of the cooldown time in the config.lua to whatever you want but by default it is 10 minutes. This works without any framework and doesn't need any dependency meaning this works with Standalone, ESX, QBCORE, etc.
